These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of stribpestcontrol.com (the "Site") and your engagement of pest control services from Strib Pest Control ("we," "us," or "our"). By using the Site or scheduling services, you agree to these Terms.

Use of the Site

The Site is provided for informational purposes and to request estimates and services. You agree not to misuse the Site, attempt to gain unauthorized access, submit false information, or use automated tools to scrape or spam our forms.

Estimates & Scheduling

Online and phone estimates are good-faith approximations based on the information you provide. Final pricing may be confirmed after an on-site inspection.
Submitting a service request or appointment form does not guarantee a time slot until we confirm it with you.
If you need to cancel or reschedule, please give us as much notice as possible — ideally at least 24 hours.

Services & Satisfaction Guarantee

We perform services using Integrated Pest Management practices with trained, licensed technicians. If pests covered by your treatment return between scheduled visits or the issue persists after a covered treatment, contact us and we will re-evaluate and re-treat as appropriate under our satisfaction guarantee. Guarantees apply to the pests and areas specified in your service agreement and may require reasonable customer cooperation (e.g., sanitation or access recommendations we provide).

Customer Responsibilities

Provide accurate information about the property and pest issue.
Provide safe access to the areas to be inspected or treated.
Follow any preparation and post-treatment instructions, including temporary precautions for children and pets.

Payments

Payment is due as stated on your invoice or service agreement. Recurring plans are billed per the plan schedule. Past-due balances may result in paused service.

Communications, SMS & Email Consent

By providing your phone number or email address, you consent to receive calls, SMS/text messages, and emails from us about your inquiry, estimates, scheduling, and service updates, as described in our Privacy Policy. Consent to marketing messages is not a condition of purchase. Reply STOP to opt out of texts; message and data rates may apply.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability arising from services or use of the Site is limited to the amount you paid for the applicable service. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

Intellectual Property

All Site content — text, images, logos and design — is owned by or licensed to Strib Pest Control and may not be reproduced without permission.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wisconsin. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Dane County, Wisconsin.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site or our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
